1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the store:

• Orders: your name, email address, country, the names you bought and the amount. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
• Account: your name, email address and a password, which we keep only in scrambled form so nobody can read it.
• Messages: what you write to us through the contact form, and the email address you give us.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up for new listings.
• Site use: how many times each domain page is viewed. This count is not tied to you.

2. What is saved in your browser

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a few things so the site works: the names in your cart, whether you are signed in, your choice of dollars or rupees, and a small marker that stops one visit from counting as many views. You can clear them in your browser settings, which signs you out and empties your cart.

3. Why we use it

• to take and deliver your order, including contacting you about the transfer;
• to send receipts and updates about your order and replies to your messages;
• to send listings you asked for, until you unsubscribe;
• to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure;
• to meet legal and tax duties.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to serve you:

• payment providers, to take your payment;
• the seller and the registrar, to the extent needed to complete a transfer;
• email and hosting services that send our messages and run the site;
• authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

These providers may be in other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax, and for as long as we need them to deal with disputes. Messages and account details are kept while your account is open or while we need them to answer you. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored scrambled, connections to the site are encrypted, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending the newsletter. Contact us from the email address on your account. We may need to keep some order records because the law requires it, and we will tell you if so.

8. Children

The site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change. If a change matters, we will say so on the site.
