1. You are buying a name

A listing on Brandsiro is for a domain name and nothing else. A domain name is an address on the internet. It does not come with a website, content, a logo, a brand, a trademark, social media accounts, email addresses, customers or traffic, unless the listing says so in writing.

Logos and pictures on a listing show how a name could look. Unless the listing says a logo is included, you are not buying it.

2. No promise about value or results

We make no promise about what a name will be worth, whether you can resell it, how it will rank in search engines, how much traffic it will get, or whether it will help your business succeed. Any figures, comparisons or descriptions on the site, including words such as premium, brandable or trending, are opinions and marketing, not guarantees.

A name's past use is not always known to us. A name may have been used before, and search engines or other services may treat it differently because of that.

3. Trademarks and other people's rights

A name can be the same as, or close to, a trademark, company name or personal name that belongs to someone else. We do not check every name against every register in every country, and a listing is not legal advice or a clearance.

Before you buy, you should search trademark registers and, where it matters, ask a lawyer. You are responsible for how you use a name after you buy it.

4. Registrars, registries and transfers

Domains are registered through registrars and registries that we do not own or control. Their rules, prices, waiting periods and renewal fees can change and can affect how long a transfer takes. We cannot promise a transfer time. The 1 to 3 days shown on the site is an estimate.

After the transfer you are responsible for renewing the name on time. If it expires, you can lose it.

5. Prices and exchange rates

Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in rupees are an estimate using a recent exchange rate and may differ from what your bank charges. The order total is the dollar amount shown at checkout.

6. The site and its information

We work to keep listings and information correct, but the site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or free of harmful code, or that every listing is current at every moment. A name can be sold or withdrawn while you are looking at it.

7. Not advice

8. Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Brandsiro is not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from buying, holding or using a domain name, including lost profit or business. Our responsibility for an order is limited as described in the terms of service. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited. All sales are final, as set out in the refund policy.
